We’ve all been there before… Diet-Exercise-Rapid Weight Loss-Slow Down-Over Compensation-Weight Gain. It’s a never ending cycle that seems to have no end. And with the latest and greatest inovations over the last century there is less physical activity needed to do much of anything.
Back in the day, the outdoors was your gym, food was prepared fresh to buy and dieting was non-existent. Sure we’ve learned a lot over the years but what we’ve gained in knowledge we’ve lost in natural, everyday self health.
These days, I go the gym, eat a balanced meal, and lift weights (and of course use my Red Exerciser).
Life may be easier but it isn’t healthier. All we’ve done is make it that much harder to stay healthier. I do a lot to stay healthy, and am proud to have the red exerciser as a tool in my arsenal. Crunches have never been easier! Anyways, That’s my 2 cents!
